Inspired an online cooking class from Hot Stove Society, we did a lab cooking party to celebrate recent graduation of Andree-Anne Berthiaume and Sharon Ornelas. Jap Chae (a classic Korean fried noodle dish) was on the menu. Each lab member was delivered ingredients and we cooled the dish together with Chef Shih leading the charge. We set our expectations low, but found the event was both fun and successful!
